The public site package contains the binary images and manifests needed for flashing,
not firmware source code. The launch flasher currently covers one tagger build: Tagger-101.

Flash Before Building
Flash the bare ESP32 board before connecting it to the rest of the tagger hardware.
During flashing, power the board by USB only: no battery pack, IR LED driver, MOSFET circuit, sensors,
headband cable, or external power.
Review the terms, safety notes, and
firmware provenance before flashing.

Before Flashing
Use a USB data cable and connect the board directly to the computer.
Select the exact board in the dropdown before flashing or downloading.
ESP32 boards use the browser installer. Serve the page over HTTPS before flashing from a hosted copy.
Disconnect every other wire before flashing; reconnect build wiring after the board reboots.
If the board is not detected, hold BOOT, tap RESET, then try the installer again.
The website payload contains merged binary images and manifests, not firmware source code.
